Born in Israel, Ziva read law at the London School of Economic and was admitted as an English solicitor in 1997 and as a Cayman attorney in 2004. Before joining the firm Ziva was Head of Trust Litigation at a large private client firm in London as well as another large offshore law firm. A member of STEP and ACTAPS, Ziva specialises in complex trust disputes, often involving cross-jurisdictional elements. She has extensive experience in advising and representing trustees, protectors and beneficiaries in cases involving allegations of breach of trust or invalidity, as well as issues of construction, rectification or variation of trusts and applications for directions or Court approval.
