CNC India Investments, I L.P.

Tony Gibson advised on the establishment of CNC India Investments, I L.P., a Cayman exempt partnership operating a feeder into a Mauritius master fund. The target size of the fund was US$50,000,000. The master fund was established to develop property throughout India including hotels, residential and retail properties. The feeder co-invested into the master fund with Credit Suisse First Boston through a Mauritius holding vehicle.
