Justin specialises in banking, financial services, corporate and trusts litigation. He has particular experience of investment and employee fraud, asset recovery, anti-money laundering legislation, regulatory investigations and trust disputes. Justin read law at Exeter University and the University of Aix-en-Provence before joining Linklaters in London and qualifying as an English solicitor in 1997. Before joining Mourant he spent six years with Simmons & Simmons in London. Justin is also an accredited mediator. A Jersey advocate, Justin joined Mourant du Feu & Jeune in 2003 and became an associate in 2006.
