Eliot began his career with Clifford Chance in London in 1990 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992. In 2000 he relocated to the Cayman Islands, where he was admitted as a Cayman Islands attorney-at-law. He practised there for five years with Ogier & Boxalls. He joined Mourant du Feu & Jeune’s Dispute Resolution Team in May 2005. His practice has covered a broad range of commercial litigation, including corporate and banking disputes, professional negligence, judicial review, defamation, insolvency and trusts. He is a graduate of Cambridge University.
