Liz, who has been a partner of Mourant du Feu & Jeune since 1993, heads the Property department. She deals with all Jersey property matters including conveyancing, development and joint venture agreements, commercial leases and corporate relocation, loan facilities and registrations. Liz also acts as an independent director of corporate property vehicles structured and based in Jersey. Her recent work includes the purchase of the head lease at the Waterfront Jersey by Axa Sun Life Plc for £14.5 million; the premises are currently occupied by Luminar Leisure, Cine UK, Pizza Hut and other major leisure companies, the purchase of 44 King Street St Helier by Prudential Assurance Company Limited for £3.4 million, and acting for AIB Group in a major financing involving Guardian Care Homes.
