Beechbrook Mezzanine I LP

Joel Hernandez and Jonathon MacFeeters advised on the Jersey legal aspects of the establishment of Beechbrook Mezzanine I LP (the "Beechbrook Mezzanine Fund"), a leveraged loan mezzanine fund.

The Beechbrook Mezzanine Fund was established by Beechbrook Capital LLP, a specialist fund management firm based in London which was founded in 2008. Beechbrook focuses on leveraged loans and equity co-investment predominantly in Europe. FRM Capital Advisors, the hedge fund seeding business of fund of hedge funds manager Financial Risk Management has agreed to provide USD$75 million seed commitment to the Beechbrook Mezzanine Fund. The Beechbrook Mezzanine Fund plans to raise further commitments for a second closing in 2009.
