Continuation by a foreign company into the BVI

The BVI Business Companies Act 2004 (the Act) allows a foreign company to continue its existence as a BVI company incorporated under the Act. This process is sometimes referred to as a corporate migration, redomiciliation or transfer of place of incorporation.
