Mourant advises Apex Group on £1.51 billion acquisition of Sanne Group plc

Mourant is advising Apex Group on the recommended all cash acquisition of the entire issued (and to be issued) ordinary share capital of Sanne Group plc (“Sanne”). The acquisition of Sanne, a global provider of outsourced alternative asset and corporate business services with over £500 billion of assets under administration, is valued at approximately £1.51 billion.

The multi-jurisdictional Mourant team, advising on all aspects of Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey law, is led by Jon Woolrich, Sarah Huelin, Sara Galletly, Alana Gillies and Andrew Salisbury. Mourant is working alongside English counsel Kirkland & Ellis on the deal.
