Mourant appoints new BVI Corporate Head

Leading legal and governance services firm Mourant has appointed Ian Montgomery to lead the Corporate practice in the BVI.

Recommended by Chambers and Partners, IFLR and Legal 500, Ian returns to Mourant following a stint at a competitor firm where he was Managing Partner of their BVI office. He has particular experience advising on corporate and finance transactions in the real estate, financial services, energy and technology sectors.  His clients include leading international law firms and accountancy firms, financial institutions, multi-national businesses, funds and their managers, and high net worth individuals.
