Chantal Martin

Overview

I'm an Associate in our Hong Kong Finance and Corporate team.

I have experience in a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including joint ventures, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and reorganisations. I also advise on investment funds (both hedge funds and private equity funds).

Prior to joining Mourant in 2023, I was an Associate in the Corporate team at another leading offshore firm in the Cayman Islands.
