Mourant’s Treasury team was established in 1999 to provide Mourant clients with an outsourced answer to their treasury, cash management and banking services. It has since grown significantly and in the twelve months to March 2006 the team managed $2.6 billion in client monies, handled FX turnover worth $7.5 billion, and processed 42,000 payments for clients.

As an intermediary of such significant substance we can negotiate exclusive and competitive terms with financial institutions offshore and onshore on behalf of our clients. The team’s extensive experience also enables us to provide expert advice on the most appropriate execution methods and hedging solutions.
