Mourant du Feu & Jeune’s team has a wealth of experience advising both domestic and international clients in connection with the sale and purchase of companies and businesses based in Jersey and Guernsey. The team also regularly provides advice to clients undertaking corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures and statutory mergers.

In recent years, the Channel Islands have seen phases of great activity in the Mergers and Acquisitions market. Mourant du Feu & Jeune’s team has been at the forefront of advising in relation to mergers and acquisitions of Channel Islands companies and businesses.

The team is headed by partner Elaine Millar, who is based in Jersey, supported by partner John Lewis in Guernsey.
