Mourant originates from world-renowned offshore law firm, Mourant du Feu & Jeune, which was founded in Jersey in 1947 and which is one of the world’s largest and most highly respected law firms offshore.
Our particular talent over many years has been to re-invent ourselves in response to client needs, always building on strengths we have developed in earlier ventures.
Today we are a multi-disciplinary professional services business, owned entirely by our employees, serving diverse international markets and operating in seven jurisdictions with plans to continue to extend our geographical reach.
With 850 people, we are the largest organisation in the world to have developed from offshore law firm roots.
Our clients include global financial institutions, multinational corporations, leading fund promoters and high net worth individuals.
