		Peter O’Leary Managing Director, Dublin T: +353 (0)1526 0999     E: peter.oleary@mourant.com Peter joined Mourant in Jersey early in 2006 and initially worked with the law firm focusing on financial services law before transferring to the administration business. There he worked with the SPV administration team that services Mourant’s existing Irish structures and led the project to open the Dublin office.  Peter qualified as an Irish solicitor with A&L Goodbody in 2001 and thereafter worked for five years in their investment funds unit.  Peter studied law and european studies at University of Limerick, has a Masters of Law from the University College Cork and a financial services law diploma from the Law Society of Ireland.

Most recently Vivient spent 15 years with Global Agency Treasury, JPMorgan Bank (Ireland) Plc, providing core treasury administrative services and value-added services to clients on an agency or outsourced basis. In her role as Vice President Operations, Vivient was responsible for managing the front office, back office, business support and client service delivery functional groups and was also a member of the JPMorgan Bank (Ireland) Plc senior management team and risk committee. Prior to this, Vivien gained experience in a variety of treasury and banking roles in the Australian Financial Market.
