Peter joined Mourant in Jersey early in 2006 and initially worked with the law firm focusing on financial services law before transferring to the administration business. There he worked with the SPV administration team that services Mourant’s existing Irish structures and lead the project to open the Dublin office.
Peter qualified as an Irish solicitor with A&L Goodbody in 2001 and thereafter worked for five years in their investment funds unit. Peter studied law and european studies at the University of Limerick, has a Masters of Law from the University College Cork and a financial services law diploma from the Law Society of Ireland.

Gareth joined Mourant in 1988, having already amassed many years’ experience in company administration where he has been at the forefront of the development of Mourant’s corporate business for almost two decades. From August 2005 he assumed the role of Head of Corporate Operations responsible for managing its various teams in relation to new and existing capital market and structured finance transactions. In Dublin he will be the Head of Operations supporting the day-to-day administration of our Irish structures.

Tom joined our Jersey office in 2005 after completing his postgraduate degree in History. He has extensive experience in the day-to-day administration of a large range of CDO Programmes, ABS issuances, MTN Programmes and securitisation structures. In particular, Tom has been involved in the administration of many of our existing Irish structures since incorporation. He is currently enrolled with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is studying towards his professional qualification.
