General principles for listing on the CISX
The Listing Rules of the CISX are designed to ensure that:

The securities are suitable for listing.

The issue and marketing of securities is conducted in a fair and orderly manner.

Potential investors and the public are given sufficient information to enable them to make a properly informed assessment of an issuer and of the securities for which listing is sought.

There is sufficient disclosure of information to ensure investors and the public are fully informed by listed issuers of factors that will affect market activity and prices of listed securities.

All holders of listed securities are treated equally.
It should be noted that issuers are required to meet the continuing obligations detailed in the CISX Listing Rules.

Jason joined Mourant in 2003 after completing his degree in business studies and sports science from the University of Plymouth and St Mark and St John’s college. Since joining Mourant, Jason has worked in the international finance administration sector, specialising in the corporate administration of international capital markets, debt repackaging and structured finance SPVs. Jason is currently enrolled with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is in the final stages of his
professional qualification. Jason has responsibility for the development of Mourant’s CISX listing services.

Ewa obtained a law degree from the University in Poland and graduated with her Magister Juris in June 2004 (equivalent to a United Kingdom LLB and LLM combined). She joined Mourant in 2004 and is currently studying to become an English solicitor through part-time study. As an experienced member of the Mourant Capital Markets team, Ewa has been responsible for many high profile CISX listing projects. Her general areas of experience include listing requirements and application for listing any type of security.

Martin is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a degree in politics from Loughborough University. Before joining Mourant in November 2007, Martin held senior roles at Northern Trust, Which was previously Guernsey International Fund Managers Ltd, with responsibility for the administration and financial reporting of a wide portfolio of private equity clients with funds in different jurisdictions.
