Trusts (Guernsey) Law 2007

Download the Trusts (Guernsey) Law. This new law, which came into force on 17 March 2008, will provide new opportunities for the fiduciary sector in Guernsey and better protection for both settlors and trustees including, for the first time, unlimited duration private trusts and non-charitable purpose trusts. Amendment No. 4 Jersey Trusts Law

Proposed New Foundations Law in Jersey

The introduction in Jersey of a new law governing foundations has been proposed in a consultation paper published by Jersey’s Economic Development Committee. Foundations are not currently available in Jersey. Download the consultation paper. (PDF file, 270kb).
