Our firm was founded in Jersey in 1947. Since then, we have grown to become one of the most highly respected offshore practices in the world.

Today we are one of the largest offshore firms with 26 partners and a total of 78 qualified lawyers in our offices in Jersey, Guernsey, the City of London and Cayman.
