Corporate & Banking team

The Corporate & Banking team is headed by partner James Ruane. Its work includes:

• Banking including: loans featuring offshore vehicles as borrowers and guarantors. We also have a dedicated Jersey Banking team (read more)
• Finance including: structured finance, acquisition finance, asset finance and project finance
• Real estate finance: we have a dedicated property finance work stream
• Corporate structuring and re-structuring including: the use of offshore vehicles in onshore mergers and acquisitions

To ensure that our lawyers remain adept at managing all offshore elements of complex transactions and to meet client needs, members of this team also advise on capital markets or fund transactions.
