Gary Clark chairs the Jersey Funds Association and is Head of Hedge Fund Services at Mourant. Gary was managing director at AIB Fund Administrators when Mourant acquired the business in 2006. A specialist in alternative investment funds, Gary was part of the team of practitioners lobbying for changes to the regulatory regime for funds in the Island. He was rigorously involved in the process which led to the introduction of Jersey’s new Expert Funds Guide in February 2004, and has been supporting the industry’s promotional efforts overseas. Gary is well regarded by finance industry journalists and is a sought-after business media contributor.

| Peter joined Mourant in November 2006 having previously been a director at Fidelity International Limited.He managed a number of departments including Fixed Income, Derivatives, Pricing and Risk.During his 18 year career at Fidelity he covered all aspects of front to back office operations - instruments, processes, systems and regulations.Peter also set up fixed income and derivative operations in the UK and overseas, and performed global business reviews for the Board.He worked with business to re-engineer processes and designed and led risk education programmes.Previous to this Peter was a Company Accountant. |

Nigel joined Mourant’s hedge fund administration team in April 2006, having spent four years with AIB and eight years at Newton International Investment Management Limited, working in fund administration. He has gained specialised experience and in particular, managed a major pooled fund review project to compare and contrast operational procedures and systems between the Jersey office and the onshore fund operation based in Edinburgh. Nigel spent time working for Ernst & Young and Citibank, and is a graduate of Thames Polytechnic having completed a B.A. (Hons) in Business Studies. Nigel is presently responsible for client services, dealing and registration.

Stuart is a Business Manager within the hedge fund team. Previously, Stuart was a Director at AIB Fund Administrators Limited, specialising in systems development within the hedge fund sector. Stuart also spent four years working in general fund administration at Trident Fund Services (BVI) Limited in the British Virgin Islands prior to joining AIB. Stuart qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1996 after gaining a degree in Commerce & Accountancy from Birmingham University in 1993. In July 2003, Stuart graduated from Herriot-Watt University having achieved an MBA with Distinction, specialising in financial risk management.
