		Ian Lambert Chief Executive Officer, Mourant International Finance Administration T: +44 (0)1534 609 216 E: ian.lambert@mourant.com Ian Lambert joined Mourant in October 2003 to head its Jersey fund administration business. A chartered accountant, Ian qualified with Coopers & Lybrand in 1990 and joined Reads Trust Company in 1992 where he became a director in 1998 with responsibility for the institutional fund administration department. Ian is now Chief Executive Officer of Mourant’s International Finance Administration business, responsible for over 500 staff working in all aspects of corporate and fund administration. Ian also sits on the board of directors of a number of large private equity and real estate funds and management companies.
		Iain Stokes Head of Private Equity Funds - Europe T: +44 (0) 1481 747 840 E: iain.stokes@mourant.com Iain trained and qualified as a chartered certified accountant with BDO Binder in Guernsey and subsequently spent seven years with Guernsey International Fund Managers, part of Barings, before joining Mourant in 2003 as head of its Guernsey office. He specialises in third party private equity and property fund administration and has acted on behalf of a number of high profile groups. He holds a range of board appointments of fund management and fund investment companies incorporated in Guernsey and other jurisdictions.

He has over 15 years of accounting and auditing experience, including periods with Coopers & Lybrand, JP Morgan, and BISYS. He is a CPA and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
		Tim Mann Head of Asia Fund Administration T: +852 3153 1001 E: tim.mann@mourant.com Tim joins Mourant from Fortis Prime Fund Solutions where he spent more than 11 years, the last four as Managing Director during which time the business grew impressively. Before his time with Fortis, Tim spent more than seven years with Ernst & Young in London and Hong Kong where he specialised in providing audit and advisory services to companies in the financial services sector. Tim has significant experience of the Asian market having been based in Hong Kong for 15 years. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in London and has been a member of the ICAEW since 1991.
		Antonia Coltman Head of Real Estate Fund Administration T: + 44 (0) 1534 609 875 E: antonia.coltman@mourant.com Antonia is an English qualified solicitor and practised at Lovells as a real estate lawyer from 1996 before joining Mourant in September 2005. At Lovells Antonia specialised in all areas of real estate law including developments, sales and purchases and landlord and tenant advice. Antonia was also involved in the launch of a number of high profile Jersey property unit trusts, and at Mourant Antonia leads a number of teams who are responsible for the running of real estate funds.
		Gary Clark Head of Hedge Fund Services T: +44 (0)1534 609 917 E: gary.clark@mourant.com Gary Clark ACA Chairs the Jersey Funds Association and is Head of Hedge Fund Services at Mourant. Gary was managing director at AIB Fund Administrators when Mourant acquired the business in 2006. A specialist in alternative investment funds, Gary was part of the team of practitioners lobbying for changes to the regulatory regime for funds in the Island. He was rigorously involved in the process which led to the introduction of Jersey’s new Expert Funds Guide in February 2004, and has been supporting the industry’s promotional efforts overseas. Gary is well regarded by finance industry journalists and is a sought-after business media contributor.
		Julia Chapman Head of Legal and Risk, Mourant International Finance Administration T: +44 (0) 1534 609405 E: Julia.chapman@mourant.com Julia trained and qualified as an English solicitor with Simmons & Simmons in the City of London before returning to Jersey in 1991. She qualified as a Jersey solicitor in 1995 and became a partner of Mourant du Feu & Jeune in 1999. She joined Mourant International Finance Administration as an In-House Lawyer and is currently Head of its team of Legal & Risk professionals.

From August 2005 Gareth assumed the role of Head of Corporate Operations responsible for managing its various teams in relation to new and existing capital markets and structured finance transactions.
		Frank Christie Chief Operating Officer, Mourant International Finance Administration T: +44 (0) 1534 609 518 E: frank.christie@mourant.com Frank joined Mourant in January 2006 from Barclays Private Bank & Trust. He has extensive operational experience following six years in senior operational roles for Barclays, including; Deputy Head of Offshore Investment Operations, Deputy Head of Operations and Head of Managed Funds Operations for Barclays International Funds Group. Between 1993 and 1999 he was Financial Controller, Company Secretary and Director of GNI (Channel Islands) Limited, a futures and options broker which also specialised in hedge fund administration. Frank began his career in 1983 when he joined Coopers & Lybrand in Jersey, working in audit, accountancy and management consultancy practice areas.

He has held senior marketing and business development positions at Standard Chartered Bank and Lloyds TSB. Steve is also a qualified financial advisor.
