John joined Mourant in February 2006 and manages our US fund administration office. He has over 15 years’ relevant experience, including periods at Coopers & Lybrand, SS&C Technologies, BISYS, and private equity funds. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his bachelor degree from New York University and his juris doctorate from Fordham University. John was admitted to the bar of New York and Connecticut.

Kira joined Mourant in October 2008 and is responsible for new business development and increasing Mourant’s visibility as an award-winning accounting, administration and US Tax compliance firm across the USA. She has over 13 years of relevant experience including previous positions held at Smith Barney, Citigroup and Nuveen Investments. Kira earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics from University of Scranton and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. She is on the Board of Directors for the Queens Library Foundation.
