Previously, King was a Director of Tax Services at Bisys, a Vice President in Goldman Sach’s Tax Department, and a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte. King is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his MBA from St. John’s University and his BS in Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

He has over 15 years’ relevant experience, including periods at Coopers & Lybrand, SS&C Technologies, BISYS, and private equity funds. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his bachelor degree from New York University and his juris doctorate from Fordham University. John was admitted to the bar of New York and Connecticut.
