Brian joined Mourant from Citi in 2007 having spent over 10 years in the industry working for global financial services organisations, including, Statestreet and Deutsche Bank. Most recently, at Citi, Brian was a Director within the European Accounting Product area with a cross-jurisdictional remit.  Brian’s previous experience included leading Global IFRS projects, regional Life & Pension development plans with significant focus on outsourcing clients and various product & operational development programmes.

Before joining Mourant in 2006, Jean-Louis had 19 years’ experience first in fund administration at Banque Indosuez Luxembourg and State Street Bank Luxembourg, then in private equity audit and consulting at PWC in Paris. During the past six years Jean-louis has acted as a senior consultant in compliance and organization for management companies in Luxembourg and in France. He graduated in management and finance.

Fred joined the Luxembourg office from the Mourant New York office. He has eight years of experience performing accounting and audit services for various investment vehicles, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and fund of funds. Prior to joining Mourant, Fred was a Senior Associate at BISYS Private Equity Services. Prior to that, he spent two years at Soros Fund Management and three years as an audit professional with Deloitte & Touche. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College
