Iain trained and qualified as a chartered certified accountant with BDO Binder in Guernsey and subsequently spent seven years with Guernsey International Fund Managers, part of Barings, before joining Mourant in 2003 as head of its Guernsey office. He specialises in third party private equity and real estate fund administration and has acted on behalf of a number of high profile groups. He holds a range of board appointments of fund management and fund investment companies incorporated in Guernsey and other jurisdictions.

Lorna qualified as a chartered accountant with a small family practice in Scotland before moving to KPMG in Guernsey July 1996. After four years in Guernsey she spent a further year and a half in KPMG’s Sydney office. Upon returning to Guernsey Lorna moved out of audit and into fund administration. Currently she runs a team looking after a high profile private equity client incorporated in Guernsey.

Gary joined Mourant in 2003 following senior roles at Redbridge Offshore Limited and International Private Equity Services specialising in third party private equity fund administration. He has 11 years’ experience within the Guernsey financial services sector, nine of which have been predominantly concentrating on private equity. Gary has been involved in the establishment of many blue chip, high profile private equity funds and also holds directorships on a number of GP boards. He completed the Certificate in International Financial Administration and received an award for the highest marks achieved. Gary also holds Institute of Leadership & Management qualifications in First Line Management.
