We recognise each family of significant wealth has unique requirements. Working with the families’ relevant advisers, our professional team will focus on a planned, integrated and sophisticated approach to achieve each client’s objectives in managing their wealth. This approach includes succession planning, an agreed family strategy and a corresponding asset management plan.

Our particular approach derives from our position of total independence. Without ties to any investment institution, we are able to take a totally objective approach to an independent investment review and report, combining this with a full risk assessment and review, unique to each client’s situation and wishes.

We evaluate and assist in the selection of specialist investment advisers and bankers who provide investment management, advisory and dealing services to our clients. We do not offer investment management or advice services ourselves, thereby maintaining our ability to take a completely objective stance.

We can give guidance on the acquisition or disposal of real estate through our property services team and we can source insurance services and tax advice from our carefully selected preferred providers.

Private wealth structure administration

Structure administration is likely to form an integral part of our integrated wealth structuring service, depending on the individual needs of our client. In addition, we offer structuring assistance by establishing the necessary legal entities and the subsequent full administration of such entities for complex legal structures, including the provision of all relevant officers and trustees. These may well be required from time to time by private individuals, not necessarily as part of their integrated wealth structure but in order to achieve a specific business or personal aim.
