Mourant sponsors Guernsey Marathon Relay Race for second year running
Following a successful Guernsey Marathon Mourant Race Relay in 2020, Mourant is pleased to sponsor this team event for the second year running on Sunday 24 October 2021.
As the official sponsor of the Guernsey Marathon Mourant Relay Race, we're thrilled to be involved in this fun and inclusive event that offers a distance for everyone, incorporating a full Marathon; the Mourant Relay Race for teams of either two or five runners; and a 2k Fun Run.
The Mourant Relay Race provides an inclusive opportunity for people to participate as part of a team in the experience of a marathon, without having to run the full distance with relay legs ranging from 4-13 miles. Our partnership with the Guernsey Marathon aligns with our firm's values and our core focus on wellbeing, teamwork and inclusivity.
The course incorporates some of Guernsey's most iconic landmarks and takes runners through some of the Island’s most scenic areas of country lanes and the beautiful coast of Guernsey. The interactive course map via the website here.
With nearly 100 relay teams already registered for the 2021 Mourant Relay Race, our three Mourant teams are looking forward to the course and enjoying the incredible marathon atmosphere. Cheered on by our Team Mourant volunteers marshalling along the route, it promises to be a race to remember.
