Monterey confirms Mourant has dominated the legal funds sector for 20 years

Mourant is celebrating 20 years as the leading legal adviser to Jersey investment funds, following the release of the Monterey Fund Report this week.

The independent report, which provides a comprehensive analysis of all funds domiciled, serviced or distributed in Jersey revealed that Mourant remains the number one leading legal advisor in Jersey, advising on 733 funds with an overall value of US$381bn, a position now held for 20 years.
