Company migration in to Guernsey

It has been possible to migrate companies in to and out of Guernsey since the enactment of the Migration of Companies Ordinance, 1997 which has since been revoked and replaced by the enactment of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (the Law). The Law allows the registration of an overseas company as a Guernsey company (migration in) and the transfer of registration of a Guernsey company to be registered as a company outside Guernsey (migration out).
