Overview
Overview
I am a Director in the Global Client Accounting team at Mourant Governance Services.
I started my career in September 2005 with Ernst and Young. I became Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualified while based in the firm’s Guernsey office, before taking a secondment to Ernst and Young Wellington in New Zealand as an Audit Assistant Manager for two and a half years.
I joined the Offshore team’s Global Client Accounting team (now part of Mourant Governance Services) in January 2015, having moved back to the island and working in trust and company accounting.
I have had the opportunity for involvement with a variety of corporate and private client accounting assignments, in addition to project related engagements including system installations and migrations.
During my time with the company, I have developed in the field of client accounting, predominantly in the fiduciary sector. I have been responsible for onboarding a number of clients and working closely with our colleagues in Mauritius to extend the team across multiple jurisdictions.
I have been involved with the regulatory aspects of accounting in the fiduciary industry and ensuring client compliance with relevant laws and regulations over which they are governed.
