I am General Counsel for Mourant Governance Services with responsibility for the in-house legal team providing support across our jurisdictions.

Before this, I worked in Mourant’s Finance and Corporate practice in Jersey advising on a broad range of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory, as well as financial services matters.

I also previously worked as a Managing Associate at Addleshaw Goddard in London, having trained at Blake Morgan. I have also been seconded to a number of multi-national technology companies and banks.
