Katherine Raison

Katherine Raison

I have been an Associate in the litigation team since November 2018.

I trained at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors and, following qualification, I joined the Corporate Litigation team at Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP for two years.

I work on high value complex commercial litigation cases, often with multi-jurisdictional elements, alongside having my own case load.

I have experience in contentious trust and fund litigation, corporate litigation, director and shareholder disputes, unfair prejudice claims and fraud claims alongside more general employment, property and insurance litigation.  I regularly provide client training and advise on various non-contentious issues.

I have been involved in all areas of litigation, from the advisory and pleadings stage to alternative dispute resolution, taking and drafting statements and disclosure and have advocated at hearings lasting up to a day.

Professional qualifications

  • Solicitor, England, 2016
  • LPC, University of Law, Birmingham, with additional Masters LLM qualification, 2014
