'A technically strong and very responsive practitioner'
I am a Partner and Guernsey Advocate with experience practising across a range of corporate and commercial areas. My specialisms include corporate and M&A transactions, investment funds, private equity, finance and security work, regulatory advisory work and stock exchange listings.
After studying law at Oxford, I trained and qualified as an English solicitor with Allen & Overy, where I spent nine years, including three in their Hong Kong office. On returning to Guernsey in 1998, I spent nine years at Ozannes, followed by eight with another offshore law firm, becoming a partner in 2008. I re-joined Mourant Ozannes in 2015.
