'An excellent lawyer to deal with'

Overview

I’m the Managing Partner of our BVI office and have extensive experience in corporate and banking and finance transactions.

My corporate practice involves advising on areas such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity structures, private placements, corporate governance, corporate reorganisations, directors' duties, IPOs (including SPAC listings), joint venture arrangements, regulatory matters, continuations and voluntary liquidations.

In banking and finance, I advise on all aspects of finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, asset finance, debt repackaging, debt restructuring, insolvency and security enforcement, project finance, real estate finance and securitisation.

I act for leading arrangers, originators, issuers, financial institutions and various corporates, including borrower groups. I regularly advise BVI companies, their directors and shareholders and international parties using BVI entities involved in corporate matters and investment transactions all over the world in a multitude of industry sectors.

Before joining Mourant Ozannes, I worked for Chapman Tripp in New Zealand and Clifford Chance in London.
