Overview

As a Partner in our London office, I’m a specialist corporate finance lawyer with extensive experience advising on BVI and Cayman Islands laws in banking and finance transactions.

I regularly advise banks, borrowers, arrangers and security agents on a broad range of matters, including acquisition and leveraged finance, fund finance, asset finance, debt restructuring, derivatives and structured products, insolvency and security enforcement, project finance and real estate finance.

Before joining Mourant Ozannes I worked in the banking department of Linklaters in London.
