I specialise in private equity, investment funds and related finance, corporate and commercial work.

Before joining Mourant Ozannes, I worked in the corporate departments of Freshfields (London), Clifford Chance (Moscow) and Allen & Overy (London and Moscow).

• Solicitor, England and Wales (currently non-practising)
• Read English Literature at Cambridge University
