Mariam Marquard

Overview

I am an Associate in the firm's litigation practice based in the Guernsey office.

I have acquired a wide variety of skills and experience over the years in dealing with high value, complex, commercial disputes and arbitrations, whilst specialising in Insolvency, Business Rescue (a process that is similar to Guernsey's 'Administration' process) and corporate restructures.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2021, I worked at Werksmans Attorneys in Cape Town, South Africa where I qualified as an admitted attorney in 2013.
