Ursula Lawrence-Archer

Overview

I am an Associate in the Litigation team in the firm's BVI office.  I qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2019 and was admitted as a Solicitor in the British Virgin Islands in 2020.  I practise all areas of insolvency and dispute resolution, with a particular interest in contentious trusts work. I am a STEP Affiliate, having achieved the STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Estates (England & Wales) (with Merit) and the STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Creation: Law and Practice (International) (with Distinction). I am currently undertaking the STEP International Trust Management course and am a student member of ACTAPS.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, I worked for a number of years as a paralegal in the litigation department of another leading BVI law firm.
