William Ostick

Overview

I am an Associate in the International Trusts and Private Client practice. I am based in London and assist with matters relating to the Guernsey, BVI and Cayman Islands jurisdictions.

I assist with a broad range of trust and private client issues. I provide advice in relation to trusts and trusteeship issues, wills, succession and estates, personal asset planning and wealth structuring matters. I work with trustees, beneficiaries, family offices, financial institutions and individual clients.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked at a leading international firm in New Zealand for three years. In New Zealand I also assisted clients in the management of fiduciary risk and regulatory compliance and with residency by investment pathways.

Professional qualifications

• Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, 2019
