Overview

I am an Associate in the firm's  Luxembourg Banking and Finance, Corporate and M&A, and Restructuring and Insolvency teams. I am also registered insolvency practitioner in Luxembourg.

I advise private equity firms, multinational companies and entrepreneurs on structuring, negotiating and implementing domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate reorganisation and refinancing transactions.

I also regularly represent credit institutions in the context of fund financing.

I joined Mourant Ozannes in 2023, when they joined forces with LexField, which became its Luxembourg office. 

Previously, I worked in investment banks and law firms in Paris, New York and Luxembourg.
