Carla Nocerino

Overview

I am an Associate in the Finance and Corporate Department based in Jersey.

My areas of expertise span across corporate lending, asset-backed lending, trade finance, financial regulation, project financing, M&A, corporate set-ups, licensing and restructuring.

Prior to joining Mourant, I was employed at Al Tamimi & Company for three years having regularly advised on both common and civil law jurisdictions including English law, Jordanian Law, UAE law (particularly ADGM) and Iraqi law.

I am fluent in both English and Arabic languages and have a basic proficiency in Italian and French.
