Overview

I am a Legal Manager at Mourant Ozannes (Hong Kong) LLP in the Corporate and Funds practice.

I guide clients through fund formation, operations, and maintenance. Additionally, I advise clients on a spectrum of corporate matters, including general corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions and the restructuring of companies and their structures.

Prior to joining Mourant, I completed my training at King & Wood Mallesons in Hong Kong.
