Mourant advises on Aztec's relocation to flagship new premises in Jersey's International Finance Centre development

The Jersey Property team at Mourant, a law firm-led professional services business, has advised on the relocation of fund and corporate services organisation, Aztec Group, to its flagship new premises in St Helier.
Aztec's new office, at IFC6, comprises 58,000 square feet of prime, newly constructed office space in Jersey's International Finance Centre, located in the heart of the island's central business district.
Counsel Georgina Cook, and Head of Jersey Property, Julie Melia, worked in close collaboration with Aztec's in-house counsel and partners from Colin Smith & Partnership.
Commenting on the successful completion of the transaction, Julie said:
