Georgina Cook

Overview

As Counsel and Head of our Jersey property practice I specialise in all aspects of Jersey commercial property work, including commercial sales, acquisitions and leasehold matters. I also act on wills and estate-planning work.

I have a particular interest in development structuring as well as leisure and retail transactions and complex or high-value residential sales and purchases.

Prior to joining Mourant Ozannes, I was a Partner at two other Jersey law firms between 2008 and 2015.
