Fostering an inclusive community at Mourant, where our people are able to bring their whole self to work every day and feel that they belong is important to us.
Through our employee-led networks we support, inform and empower our people to make change and build greater understanding across the firm.
Last year, in collaboration with our LGBT+ and Friends Network, we brought a splash of colour to Channel Islands Pride as the Parade Flag sponsor. In 2020 the inclusive event was held in Guernsey and Team Mourant joined the parade to celebrate the islands' colourful and diverse community.
Pride aligns itself with many of our core values and is a fantastic opportunity to bring everyone together to celebrate diversity in our community.
