Mourant supports '54 Strong' initiative at Miami marathon

Shane Donovan, a senior associate in Mourant's BVI office, completed the Miami half-marathon on 28 January 2018 to raise funds for the '54 Strong' initiative.

54 Strong was set up after the damage caused by Hurricanes Irma and Maria in September 2017. Its aim is to help the BVI's 54 islands and 30,000 residents on their road to recovery.

Mourant  contributed $2,000 in support of Shane and the 54 Strong initiative.

Partner at Mourant in the Cayman Islands, Nicholas Fox, said: "We were eager to support this initiative because it is close to so many of our hearts. This has been a challenging time. Mourant remains committed to the BVI and to supporting its recovery. We congratulate Shane and the other 54 Strong runners on their fantastic achievements."
