Pledging our support to the Guernsey Marathon for the sixth year running

We are proud to lend our support to the 2026 Mourant Marathon Relay Race in Guernsey as title sponsor for the sixth year running.

Registration is now open for the 2026 event, which will take place next year on Sunday 19 April. The race is split into three categories: the Mourant Relay Race, which caters to teams of two or five runners, the 26.2-mile Sure Marathon, and The Sure Guernsey Marathon Mile, comprising a special mile-long course along the waterfront of St Peter Port.

The event will welcome a variety of runners – from elite athletes, to friends and colleagues taking part in the Mourant Relay, and families having fun whilst raising money for their chosen charity.

The newly designed course for 2026 will take runners around Guernsey's picturesque coastline and incorporate some of the Island's most iconic landmarks.

John Lewis, our Guernsey Managing Partner, said:

The Mourant Marathon Relay is an annual highlight of our community calendar and a truly great example of the joy that’s created when islanders come together to share their passions, team spirit and achievements. Our firm's continued support of this event also aligns perfectly with Mourant's values of wellbeing, teamwork and inclusivity. We look forward to seeing the energy and enthusiasm from the runners and supporters in the 2026 race."

Polly Butler, Event Manager at 3D Events, the marathon's organiser, added:

"We are so pleased to have Mourant as the sponsor of the Mourant Relay Race for another momentous year. The relay is always a beloved event within the community which continues to grow year on year, and we believe it displays just how much can be accomplished through dedication, accessibility and teamwork."

The Sure Guernsey Marathon and Mourant Marathon Relay Race support two charities through sponsorship of the events: Bowel Cancer Guernsey and Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation.

Teams can book their places for the Mourant Marathon Relay Race on the Guernsey Marathon website.
