This week we're celebrating International Women's Day across Mourant!

Our Gender Balance Network has been encouraging everyone at Team Mourant to make a pledge to help build a gender diverse world, and foster an inclusive workplace where everyone is equally empowered. 

We don't see gender balance as a women's issue, it's a business issue. That’s why we've made it a priority at Mourant.
