Three Mourant lawyers sworn in as Advocates before Jersey's Royal Court

We are pleased to celebrate that three of our lawyers, Holly Thebault, Jula Le Cornu and Kiara Brennan, have been sworn in as Advocates before the Royal Court of Jersey.
Holly Thebault joined our Jersey Litigation team in 2018. In 2021, she was recognised as Jersey Finance Rising Star of the Year – Law, and awarded the Jersey Law Society prize for the highest mark on the law of contract paper in the 2020-2021 Jersey Law Course exams. In 2024, Holly was listed in the Private Client Global Elite Directory in the Excellence category.
Jula Le Cornu joined our Jersey Finance and Corporate practice in 2014, and is a member of our specialist Regulatory team, regularly advising on Jersey's financial services regime for local and international clients. Jula has been named as a Recommended Lawyer in Dispute Resolution – Regulatory and White-Collar Crime in the last three editions of Legal 500 UK, a leading independent guide to the best law firms operating in the market.
Kiara Brennan joined our Jersey Litigation team in 2022. She works on a range of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on trust litigation. Kiara previously worked within our Jersey Investment Funds team, as well as in-house at a private equity firm in New York.
