Cayman Islands foundation companies revisited

Foundation companies have now been available for over 16 months in the Cayman Islands. In addition to a summary of the main provisions of the legislation and upcoming legislative developments, this article takes the opportunity to consider how successful the legislation has been and the uses of the foundation companies during this period.
