Mourant advises on £150 million capital raise

Mourant's Guernsey corporate team have advised long-standing client, LSE-listed LondonMetric Property plc (LondonMetric) on its successful £150 million private placement of blended fixed rate senior notes with US and UK institutional investors.

The private placement increased LondonMetric's average debt maturity significantly, further diversifying its funding sources and giving it greater flexibility for future re-financing.

The Mourant team was led by partner John Rochester and included Counsel Alex Davies and Associate Peter Callus who advised on the Guernsey aspects of the transaction, alongside UK counsel O'Melveny & Meyers LLP.
