Mourant trusts lawyer makes list of Top 35 Under 35

17 September 2019

Catherine Moore, Counsel at Mourant, has been recognised by eprivateclient on the highly regarded 2019 ‘Top 35 Under 35’ list.

The Top 35 Under 35 is well known in the trusts and private client sector, and is designed to shine a spotlight on the rising stars of the private client industry in the UK and the Channel Islands.

Last year Catherine was admitted as a full member of STEP and has also been shortlisted in the Rising Star category at this year's Citywealth Powerwomen Awards.

Mourant Partner, Matthew Guthrie, said: "Building trusted relationships is key in our industry, and Catherine's continued recognition reflects the high regard in which she is held by our clients and their advisers. She is an excellent lawyer with impressive technical skills and commercial judgement, with a bright future ahead of her. Congratulations Catherine!"

Catherine joined Mourant in 2014, after qualifying as a Guernsey Advocate in 2012 and a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2010. Her work involves Guernsey private structures, including trusts, foundations, limited partnerships and corporate vehicles. She also advises on employee pension schemes. She advises on contentious and non-contentious trust matters, working with trust companies, intermediaries, high-net-worth individuals and their families.

A celebratory champagne reception will be held at Cazenove Capital in London on Thursday 19 September, at which winners’ plaques will be awarded.
